Mmmm, coffee break. Alexei couldn't say there was nothing more satisfying, but he had to admit that his coffee break was always something he thoroughly enjoyed. True, he found a way to enjoy just about everything, no matter how boring or draining... but this was something that even complainers enjoyed, and therefore something Alexei enjoyed to the fullest. Currently, he found himself sitting in the back of an open-door ambulance, watching the entrance of the hospital from his perch in the parking lot. Behind him, his dear co-worker and fellow EMT was sleeping peacefully on the gurney kept in the ambulance for, obviously, emergency situations as well as getting a little bit of rest during off hours.
As he drank his coffee, cheerfully watching the entrance of Seattle Grace, he happened to notice a young woman passing by, seeming particularly lost. It was as if she found herself in some foreign country, the way she was looking around, and so, checking his watch, Alexei slipped off of the back of the ambulance (careful not to wake his sleeping companion.)
"Hello! Good day, are you needink of assistance?" Really, he figured it could have been any number of things. Perhaps she was simply new to the area, or maybe she had amnesia and needed medical assistance. At any rate, whatever she needed, he felt he was the man for the job.. since he still had quite a bit of time left toward his coffee break.
[for Lena! Just like Arn, when I have dialog in another language, I just put it in italics, so a heads up for that.]
